OUR GUEST ROOMS
The rooms and general areas of our hotel undergo a meticulous cleaning and hygiene standards set by the national and international hospitality industry and each guestroom is kept vacant for a minimum of 24 hours between reservations.
The products used in cleaning of our rooms are international chemical manufacturers. Floors, toilets, tables, coffee tables, chair elbows in every rooms and general areas,
frequently touched surfaces such as doors and window handles, TV screens and controls are cleaned with special disinfectants; all linens, sheets, pillowcases, towels changed every day.
. Temperatures of our guests and crew will be taken with digital thermometers , whenever they access the hotel.Both guests and employees are obliged to wear a mask inside the hotel. During check-in process , our guests should be asked to provide for information about locations they have been during the last 14 days, and also about their chronic illnesses if any, as well as whether they have recovered from COVID-19..Our guests will be notified that the information declared will be shared by the authorities with the competent institutions if necessary ,during the Covid-19 process, and the our hotel has no legal responsibility due to any adverse events, including the transmission of the virus during or after the accommodation of our guest.
HYGIENE AND CLEANING RULES IN GENERAL AREAS
Lobby , sitting sets in all common areas and general areas have been rearranged by considering safe
physical distances.Our guest men's and women's toilets are located on the lobby floor of our hotel and these areas are frequently kept under control by our cleaning staff. All the general areas, the touched surfaces, door handles, elevator buttons, cleaning and disinfection intervals have been increased.Hand sanitizers are also available at various points, such as reception.
Air conditioning device filters in the rooms and general areas of our hotel are checked daily by our technical team on a daily / weekly / monthly basis.With this process, the best possible air quality is achieved in the areas of use. The entire Black Tulip Hotel team is knowledgeable and trained in the management of disease conditions and is ready to assist you in any medical emergency.
Our hotel's breakfast room is arranged according to the rules of social distance. Since the materials used for breakfast such as forks, spoons, knives etc. are cleaned in accordance with hygiene rules then vacuumed and served. Accordingly, we do not serve open buffet breakfast and our breakfast is prepared in accordance with the hygiene rules and served to our guests' tables.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT PROCESS
Our employee who will meet our guests during the check-in process will measure their fever with a contactless temperature thermometers, and fever measurements will be recorded at least twice a day.Sterile stationery items are used at the reception.The POS Machines will be used within certain limits and these machines will be disinfected continuously. Door cards are prepared and disinfected before our guests check in .
MEASURES AND HYGIENE RULES ABOUT OUR EMPLOYEES
Trainings have been provided for all of our employees about pandemic protection methods and transmission ways by specialist firms .Our employees undergo general medical screening before starting to work and their temperatures are taken with digital thermometers.Mask, gloves and visor are used.
The covid-19 outbreak is a complex situation that requires concerted effort at the national and international level to finish and Black Tulip Hotel is working closely with all relevant authorities and adapting its precautionary measures accordingly to ensure your safety and well-being.
